Refund policy

At AjiBèkè, every piece is created with care, using authentic fabrics and artisanal finishes. As a luxury brand, our garments are produced in limited quantities, and in many cases, exclusively made to measure. For this reason, we do not offer refunds but provide the following options:

Made-to-Measure Orders
• All made-to-measure pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Each order is crafted specifically to your measurements, making it unique to you.

Ready-to-Wear Orders
• We do not issue refunds on ready-to-wear items.
• Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Customers may exchange for:
• Another ready-to-wear item in stock, or
• Store credit to be used on future purchases.

Store Credit
• Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift code, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact our team at hello@ajibeke.com with your order number and exchange request.
2. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

USA / EU
• International customers are welcome to request an exchange within 14 days of delivery (excluding made-to-measure items).
• Return shipping and any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
• Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
