Shipping policy
At AjiBèkè, every garment is created with care and attention to detail. As many of our pieces are made to order or made to measure, please allow additional processing time before dispatch.
Processing Times
• General Orders: Dispatched within 14 working days
• Limited Ready-to-wear pieces: Dispatched within 5 working days.
• Made-to-Measure Orders: Please allow up to 6 weeks for production, unless otherwise stated.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
UK Delivery
• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Express UK delivery: 2 working days after dispatch (where available).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery option.
International Delivery
• Europe: 14 working days after dispatch.
• Rest of the World: 14 -20 working days after dispatch.
• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Pre-Orders
Some collections may be released as pre-orders. Estimated delivery times will be stated on the product page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the courier. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues where possible.
